CN Outsourced Finance - Chwayita Deliwe

Co-Founder & Director

Ms Chwayita Deliwe is the Co-Founder & Director of CN Outsourced Finance. Ms Deliwe uses her specialties in mergers and acquisitions, having worked on a number of mergers and acquisitions to assist her clients.

Her MBA research focused on Factors influencing Post Merger Integration Success in South Africa.

Together both co-founders have ensured that CN Outsourced Finance gives 100% customer satisfaction. Likewise, Ms. Chwayita Deliwe has co-led the business in a direction where all clients can begin to focus their financial management strategy.

Education

Ms Deliwe completed her B Comm. (Accounting) in 1995 from the University of Transkei, Management Advancement Programme (MAP) in 2006 and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in 2012, both from Wits Business School. She has also completed a certificate in Board Governance with the University of Johannesburg before co-founding CN Outsourced Finance.

Experience

Ms Deliwe started her career as a trainee accountant with Deloitte and Touché in 1996. In 1999 she joined African Bank as an Internal Auditor and Operational Risk Management Analyst.

In 2003 she joined Bidvest (Océ South Africa) as an Accountant. At Bidvest (Océ South Africa) she was awarded the best employee of the 2008 year in the Administration department. In 2009 she joined Intervate Solutions as a Financial Manager where she was made a General Manager: Finance and Admin in 2012.

She worked at Intervate Solutions until the company was bought and acquired by T-Systems in 2014. She was very instrumental in the post-merger integration of Intervate Solutions to T-Systems.

She has over 20 years working experience; of which 8 years were in senior management and 6 years in middle management. She has proven senior-level experience in decision making, policies and business processes implementation. Moreover, she has expertise in operations management, strategic business planning, financial and personnel management.

Through being an auditor, she gathered extensive knowledge in internal controls management, operational risk management and report writing. As a professional in the finance field she also developed extensive knowledge of Corporate Governance, Company’s Act, Tax law and the National Credit Act. She has minimal exposure in Information Communications Technology (ICT) and project administration management.

Membership

Ms Deliwe is a member of the South African Institute of Business Accountants, South African Institute of Tax Practitioners as a General Tax Practitioner, a GTP (SA) and The Institute of Directors South Africa.
